One of the app that wow me is ChatGPT. In fact, it is my first time using this. This exceeds my expectations. Cause I did not expect this to be this interactive. For example, the pay raise. You don’t expect AI to be this advanced. Due to the nature of my job, it may be a challenge to deploy AI for my daily task due to the sensitive docs. However, I can explore using AI to help save some time to make a first cut for any powerpoint presentation.

Having good and detailed prompts are so important to get relevant and useful answers. The 6 Ps as a framework is an excellent mnemonic to keep in mind the next time I use ChatGPT.

Take away: I am not familiar with chatgpt at all but now i realised there are alot of ai apps that can assist in alot of tasks at work or even personal. i like Gamma for the theme and structure that already provided so i can use more time to focus on the content rather then the usual longer time taken to plan for the creative side of the project.

Before the training I only know about ChatGPT. This training provided me with an insight into so many other useful Gen AI tools that will help me increase my productivity at work.
