It feels like it was 10 years ago when we were on that interview call; I have developed fine lines (some of which have solidified into wrinkles) since then. 

Also since then - and until I worked with SST - the theme of statements I heard about you from Sangeeta/ Ashtami was always “Debtanaya is picking up fast,” “Debtanaya solid hai” to “Debtanaya ko TN Term 3 me History ka coordination dete hain.”

TN Term 3 was when we got to work together izzat se, and I had so much fun collaborating with you. You were so open to exploring a realm of work you allegedly weren’t very keen on prodding at. Right from day to day coordination to tough conversations, you handled them with so much grace, seeking support at the right time, in the right manner, and always with the right intent. 

Ab Debtanaya ja rahi hai. History will miss her, SST will miss her, and so will I. 

We shall cross paths, whether it is work-wise or rum-wise, and when that happens - we shall have funnn!

Cheers to your next innings, and break a leg whenever you go!

Can't believe you are leaving us :( 
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for all your hard work, dedication, and support throughout your time here. It feels like it was just yesterday when we started working together, and I must say we have seen some tough times. But through it all, you remained a constant source of inspiration and motivation.

Even though we have not had the opportunity to meet in person, I always knew I could depend on you, and you were always just a message or call away. Your contributions to the team have been invaluable, and your presence will be greatly missed.

As you move on to your next adventure, I wish you all the very best. I hope you achieve all your goals and continue to succeed in all your endeavors. Remember to stay in touch, and I look forward to hearing about your new adventures.

Honestly, I'm a bit lost for words, and that doesn't happen often. I have come to assume that Debtanaya is there, not just for work, but to share all that we go through as we work. It will take some getting used to :(

Going back to the winter of 2020, when you had just joined and I was reviewing your very first BP, I remember how easy you were to communicate and work with, how supportive and kind. While your capabilities have grown many many times, from that day, your qualities as a person remain, at the core, what I admired on that very first day.

I want to give you thanks for all that you did, not just as a creator but as a supportive colleague and mentor for the team. I am so very proud of you, and I see a great life filled with joy ahead. Follow your heart, pursue what you are looking for. I will always be in your corner and I hope you will never hesitate to ask if I can help you with anything. Ending by saying that I have absolutely loved working with you.

Let me begin by saying a huge thank you for all that you have contributed to the organisation's mission and for making the lives of so many of us easier at LEAD. I have seen you grow immensely in a very short period of time and I feel so proud of your growth. 
I admire your dedication, clear communication, and kindness - a rare combination to find! And to add to this mix, you are an extremely fun person!!! That was a revelation to me when I first met you personally. Honestly, I had pegged you for a really serious person but you know how to party, gurlll! I am glad I could meet you in person and I will always cherish my Bangalore trip for that. 
I am very happy for you because you are following your heart and often, that is very difficult to do. So, congratulations on listening to your heart and hope you will always be able to follow your passions in life. I am sure we will stay in touch, and be assured I am just a call away. Whenever you are in Mumbai, do drop by to say hi. :)

The stranger was you, in your short hair!
From that day to you finally shifting to Bangalore, working from the same space, the handouts at Bob's or Bier Library, the beer and the whiskey at house parties, the amazing food that Saumya infused in our lives to all the chit chat, it was so fun to have you around. I'd keep this memory of us as you move ahead. 
Its been a long journey from Day 1 till today, Deb. I'm glad you took this step to follow your heart and put yourself first. Cheers to you! I wish for you lots of health and healing in the time to come. Let's hope there's a plank challenge again, you participate and win!! (From Lead One Event Day 1!). You'll find me around cheering!

Although we never worked on any chapter directly, I think all the interactions we had have always been memorable. You've always been easy to reach out to and talk to, and I'm really going to miss your calm presence!
