Thank you for spending time with us this morning to help our young researchers! You may consider giving feedback to projects based on their presentation delivery and on the following points:

1. Mastery of subject knowledge

- Does the project demonstrate extensive knowledge of subject?

- Is there convincing evidence to support ideas and conclusions?

- Are all questions answered with clear elaboration?

2. Organisation of presentation

- Is the organisation of the argument clear and logical?

3. Significance of project

- Is the project relevant or important to the field?

- Will it make a significant contribution?

Good presentation. You could include a bit more info about ethics, include more verbatim quotes and tie everything together. Also, you might consider incorporating a theoretical framework as well.

Dr Grace: A point to consider- the app is now available in multiple languages, so this might increase the adoption of the app, especially for seniors.

Dr Grace: For future studies, you might consider “go alongs” with the participants- going along on a trip and noting down observations. Could include a discussion on how some HDB blocks are painted in colors to help those with dementia. Finally, you might consider how close neighborhoods are to preschools- does intergenerational bonding affect seniors’ experiences?

Dr Grace: Good presentation! Try to slow down in your rate of speech. Try to slow down a bit in going through your slides. Finally, clear slides and presentation of the findings.

Dr Grace: You might consider the effects of peer pressure on which food items the teen chooses to eat.

Interesting study- makes me think about helping teens to challenge the sense of “immortality” that they have.
