I agree with Donte E. I am by no means an artist. I cannot draw or sketch well, however, I do love creating art using AI and platforms such as Canva, Midjourney, Bing Image Generator, and Dall-E for digital art. Last school year, I taught an AI art class, and the students loved it. With digital art, I think it is important for students to know the history, the safety, and the practical uses of it, just like other forms of art. Knowing the history of it and examples, I believe, will help students not just see it as an "easy" way to create.
