For instance in the episode “ the story of jimmy rebel” Ruckus meets his idol musician Jimmy Rebel who is a confederate sympathizer and white supremacist. The first thing Jimmy does in the episode is sing a song he wrote about African Americans starting off with “ Step back silverback hold on blackie.”  Jimmy Rebel’s songs are extremely racist towards minorities and because of that Uncle Ruckus supports him and speaks proudly about how Jimmy is his idol. Since Jimmy is ruckus’s idol he influences ruckus to make a racist song of his own called “NASCAR” which is about how he is against African Americans that are infiltrating NASCAR which is “ the last thing a white man can call his home” . Thus, causing Jimmy Rebel to come visit Uncle Ruckus 
 Furthermore if we look deeper into uncle ruckus the watchers would then realize his name (ruckus) is a word that means disturbance or bother which is a great representation of how he goes out of his way to disturb black people in any way he can. Ultimately moving the audience to see that Ruckus’s character was literally made to cause ruckus amongst the black community.

His role in the series varies depending on the storyline of the episode he's featured in. He can either be one of the main antagonists, major anti-hero, or neutral. He is a black man who firmly doesn't like black people -- the world's biggest "Uncle Tom". An overweight, horrid, detestable homely man with one oversized glass-eye, he enjoys disassociating himself from other African Americans as much as possible, and is outspoken in his support of what Huey calls the "white supremacist power structure."


He holds extremely racist views towards all black people, and everyone else who isn't white. Uncle Ruckus's name is a reference to Uncle Remus or Uncle Tom. He is the darkest-skinned character on the show. His name is also a reference to Amos Rucker, an African-American United Confederate Veterans member, who allegedly wanted to stay a slave after the United States Civil War. A "ruckus" is also the act of making a noisy disturbance, something which Uncle Ruckus is almost always sure to do. His #1 song he wrote is called "Don't Trust Them New N***as Over There".
