After he had shown dad his badge he asked him if he could come with him to the father-son camping trip. The next day though he was sick and unable to go on the trip. Dad though, had to go, since he had offered to drive. At night dad calls home because he can't sleep, as the brothers he was sleeping with in a tent with were having a mass fight. It was Mother's day and Greg asked dad to take him to buy a card. Dad refused as he was still recovering from the camping trip, so instead he put his name on Manny's card. He wanted to go on a camping trip alone with dad to show off his skills, but mum tells Rodrick to come along. When they get there the camp site is flooded so they went to a hotel. When dad was downstairs at the front desk, Greg saw Holly Hills in the hall, but just then Rodrick pushes him out the door and locks it. In only his underwear Greg moved down the corridor. He then remembered that he doesn't know the room number. He went down to the vending machine and hid behind it. His dad came and he took him back to the room. Then at church during the shaking hands Greg shakes hands with Holly. 2 days later he tried to called Holly, but mum picked up the other phone to see who he was calling. Both mum's got into a conversation and Greg gave up.

It was really cold and Greg's father didn't even let him take his coat while the other two children had got there sleeping bags. Later his friends got to go into a car!!! and still he did not even get to where his coat. The next day Greg had Phys, Ed (a lesson) and he was wearing his speedo underwear and everyone laughed. Later a child's parent said that my child is not particapating enough in the football so now every child had to play so the next match Greg had to play. unluckily the real goalie was sick for the next match and Greg had to be goalie.

Greg's team lost 1-0 because Greg was taking a break and a boy called James Bryon scored a 50 mile goalie. Dad was really mad about this.

Greg scooted over to Holly at the side of the rink and Holly called him Fregley.

For the rest of the night Greg was very annoyed, angry and moody.

At lunch time everyone was passing their year books around and Greg got a message from Holly, but Rowley got a nicer one that said he was adorable.

Greg and his family went to Seth Snella's half birthday party and Greg tried to rescue a present that was a blanket that Manny had thrown in a tree. When Greg was about to get the present his trousers fell down and he was wearing Wonder-Woman underpants and his dad told him that he owed Greg a big favor.

Greg's dad said he didn't have to go to the military academy and he could have his summer holiday free.

A new girl called Trista moved into Rowley's street and Greg fell in love with her.

Greg had a plan that Rowley could take him and Trista to the country club that he was a member at and they could use Rowley as a slave.

Then in the class there was a boy called Alex and he was looking at the dictonary for the test. So Corey took back the teacher's dicotanry but the teacher saw it and thought he took it. Now Corey has to stay in playtime.

At school Greg always had sweets for lunch but this time Greg looked in his pack lunch and there were 2 fruits. When Greg had sport he had no energy because he didn't eat sweets. Also on sixth period he fell asleep during the class.

At school Greg got a report card and show it to his mom and she asked him to show it to dad. But Greg decided to go to play bingo with his grandma. Believe or not he won!!!

On the next day a boy called Leon Ricket threw a chair through the window so he had to go to the director. Then after he punched Greg, so the teacher said if you punch him one more time you will get detension. Greg wanted to get a revenge so he slapped his hand so he can pretend that Leon punch him so the teacher gave Leon a detension.

In the evening Greg tried to find the person who got the snacks and he hid in the laundry basket. Then his mother got lots of laundry and put in the basket so Greg fell asleep in the basket because it was sooooo warm. Then there was light and he realized it was dad and there was chips all over dads mouth.

On Monday morning Greg's dad saw Snellas and the new born baby, he got so angry because he knows if there is a new born baby the half birthday will be coming soon...

Greg really likes the bathrobe and asks to his mom to get one for christmas.Greg got a math book that his grandma gave him and a laundry basket from his uncle charlie. On friday the bus was not coming to the bus stop. When they were walking the bus passed Rowley and Greg was very angry. Greg's dad reads to him the giving tree but the writer looks like robber but greg is scared of him.Greg Writes a story for manny called Mr.Sharpshorp.

And the teachers call Mom. The next day they went to church and Greg called Manny 'Ploopy' and Manny completely lost it. So Greg's family had to leave church. When they got home Mom banned the word for everyone. Also Mom made a rule that who ever uses bad words in front of Manny, will have to put 1 dollar in the Swear jar for Manny. Rodrick and Greg made up a language that meant the same thing as bad words. And Greg accidentally used that language in school and looked really dumb. Dad made Greg start soccer. He also made Rodrick enrol SAT class. Unfortunately Greg wanted to quit. After greg started soccer he starts to run out of clean stuff to wear. Once his underwear falls out in school. On the way home Rowley invites Greg to his friends birthday party. At the party he was tortured by a bunch of 7 year olds. Greg runs to the basement a sleeps by the open window. The next day he starts to pay a trick on Chirag.
