With one representative from each team, building leadership will be able to easily relay a consistent message from the district. I'm excited to listen in as communication flows in the opposite direction as well--I think it will be valuable to hear feedback from all teachers on these messages. Like what Ron said, each person is a representative of their grade level and should be the communication between the district, administration, and teachers. Our goal should be to make decisions to make our school the best.
