They make short videos on their phones throughout the project. It is easier for them to record their thoughts this way and then they compile the videos to demonstrate growth at the end and their learning from the experience. A skill from a professional athlete ie a lay up shot in basketball. With the CAS student's lay up shot on the other half of the screen. The student can give verbal analysis of the skill. Identify success and area of improvement compared to the professional.
