         <description><![CDATA[<div>Draft Bill- Anyone can write a bill, but only a member of the General Assembly may introduce a bill for consideration by the General Assembly.<br>Introduce the Bill- A member of the house or senate introduces the bill.<br>Refer to Committee- The bill is assigned to a committee.&nbsp;<br>Debate-&nbsp; Legislators debate the bill. Legislators vote an a&nbsp; if a majority vote for the bill, the bill has passed its second reading.<br>Approved bill goes to the Other House- If a bill is passed by one legislative body, it is introduced into the other house where the same process is repeated.<br>Conference Committee- If the second house amends the bill, then the difference between the two versions must be reconciled in a conference committee.&nbsp;<br>Oversight committee- Allow legislators to learn how well current laws are working and whether the laws need to be changed.<br>Impeachment- Being looked in a crime of braking the truth. </div>]]></description>
