 Not far from the center of our city there is an old polygraph building. About 30 years ago, this building worked, but now it does not work. My parents told me that this building belonged to a rich man, and in the 20th century it was converted (rebuilt) into a printing house. 

  Why do I find this building mysterious? First of all, nowadays it looks like an old deserted castle. There is a metal fence along the facade of the building. The roof of the building is still alive(sounds weird), but it is broken. Some windows are broken(tautology) and sometimes you(we) can see black cats in them. Especially this building looks mystical at night or in fog. I think this building would be perfect for vampires.
  Finally, our small city have mystical and misterious (mysterious) places and buildings, that you must(it is a strong modal verb. it's better to use should) not visit alone.
