This is beneficial as the Finns can now feel better about themselves, live better, more convenient and efficient lives and also contribute more to the world, leaving them at peace and making them happier, brighter learners.
However, the larger work load may stress them out more and give them poorer physical health. These symptoms can be alleviated through regular exercise, which could require time they don't have depending on the amount of work they have. But technological innovations can aid students in their learning much like how computers and the internet have.
