The lecture was delivered by the sylwia wodyk. The aim of this lecture was to teach us about the master’s program and how can we minimize our learning skills. There were many new things for me that I really enjoyed during the guest lecture, it boosts my confidence in learning more and more. The Master of Business administration is a full-time program that requires dedication and effort. In this lecture, I learned about critical thinking and all my mentors who will teach me during my master’s program. All teachers are very supportive and always try to help for each and every student. In this guest lecture, I knew how my seminars and workshops will help me for my further study, the engaging in the seminars and guest lectures are very important for learning new things about our study. It was a good experience for me to learn about my master’s program.

Academic integrity is known as to be honest for our study in the classroom. this is very important for each and every student to be honest for their study. This lecture was delivered by Dr. Nataliya shiraz, she told us about the drawbacks of buying assignments and copying the ideas of others. The majority of students are buying their assignments and copying others. Which puts a negative impact on students as well as on the university’s reputation.  There is a software Turnitin which detects the copying data known as plagiarism as well as she told about misconduct and educational offenses. The university can take strict actions against the guilty. The students must be honest with themselves and should study hard for learning about their course, there are lot of examples when students were blackmailed for their artificial assignments which is a serious cause of stress and to be criminal. Dr Nataliya told us about the honest students as well as who do misconduct. By watching videos regarding this I learned whether I should do my wrong work but it should be done by me and I am following this pattern. 

Dr. Natalia Shiraz was the host of this guest lecture. This lecture was mainly focused on secondary data discoveries, but it also covered aspects of study reports. Secondary data analysis is the study of data already collected by others. It also enables scientists to investigate research problems and use enormous amounts of data. Secondary data sources, such as government reports, consumer reports, annual reports, white papers, and blogs, were very interesting to me in this talk because I had never heard of some of them before. Dr. Natalia Shiraz also discussed about quantitative and qualitative data in her meeting. This lesson taught me the difference between quantitative and qualitative data: quantitative data contains numbers, while qualitative data have words and explanations. In the study report, I will also learn to write secondary data. I will apply this knowledge to my future study.
