Significant dates include the end of the year performance date is March 26th. Easter holidays from the 29th of March to the 12th of April.

I attend class from Tuesdays to Thursdays, however, I still dedicate the rest of the weekdays to practising and learning songs either for live performance class or bands I am playing with somewhere else, which I consider a time spent on developing my playability skills. I spend my afternoons rehearsing with bands, performing, writing music myself or with other people and recording. Writing and recording are what take more of my time, and although it is not the most frequent thing I do, I am planning to make it my priority.

Not too long ago I developed a big interest in music production and now I find myself recording and mixing songs for the bands I collaborate with, as well as for my own projects, and I thoroughly enjoy dedicating time to this work. I am now eager to develop and learn all skills and knowledge in music production, and I have set this as my next goal to pursue. These are the reasons I chose the role of Producer/Songwriting.

With this task I am planning to put together a portfolio that reflects the aspects metioned before and prove all my skills and knowledge together with my work during this years I of Music HND, as well as their relevance with my chosen role.

6 hours to Live Performance rehearsals.

1 hour to instrumental instruction.

2 hours to Songwriting.

1 hour to Graded Unit.

3 hours to Music Theory.

1 hour Second Study Instrument.

At home, I spend at least 4 hours a week practising drums, 7 hours writing and recording songs, and 1 hour studying music theory.

The resources I need are:

Drum gear (sticks, drum kit, music sheets and backing tracks...), my computer and the DAWs I use, notebooks, instruments, recording gear such as microphones, cables, interface, mic stands, MIDI keyboards, rehearsal rooms, facilities from college such as equipment mentioned before, PA system, mixing desks, recording studio, etc. and band mates and students from the sound engeneering course.

This year overall, by the end of it, I want to notice some improvement in my instruments skills the same as my recording and producing techniques. I want to be better in every way and in each thing I do related to music. I also want to write and perform more songs in comparison with last year and last months, and even though I think I am already ahead with that I still want to have done more of these things by the end of the year.
