I would like the due dates for many assignments to be the day they are given.  
Students are waiting until the due date on Friday to do their work and then they have too much to do at once.  If they already have 2 weeks to do late work, that should give them the flexibility they need.  Students have expressed feeling very stressed on Saturdays.  
Students attend class but don't participate.  Phone calls home help.  My step daughters school give us a call day of so we feel confident that she attends and does her work.  Again if we use the same day due date, it will help us do this.  
Students participate more when we use pear deck verus a question in google classroom.  
We need to reset norms.  Students are showing up late and not letting us know when they step away.  They need to tell us sorry I'm late, or brb.  That way we know who we are speaking or not speaking to.  
Putting zeros into google classroom and giving them a comment on the assignment that they didn't turn it in, gives them a message about it, and then more students turn it in.  
We give some work time everyday. I have started implementing progress checks to see that they are on check with their projects.

For example, I teach the content of the deadlift during whole group session, we then do whole group practice together on camera, then they do a certain number of reps individually and I give them live feedback and corrections. In small group we then do a workout use home equipment using the deadlift and background knowledge of other movements.
