         <description><![CDATA[<div>If you don't want to question people about their identity directly or assume they'd be happy to be featured (which is a good rule even for ethnicity, or visible disabilities) you could put out a call and highlight that you are specifically looking to diversify the demographics being featured and see if people respond. If your workplace has an EDI committee or relevant staff networks, ask them to advertise!</div>]]></description>

Bi erasure and biphobia are very real and what you describe probably resonates with loads of other bi/bi+/pan folks! If you are thinking of running community events and are scared of reactions from audience members, maybe have an ally to organise alongside you and help you manage those situations. Worth thinking about having specific conversations with your colleagues about it. LGBTQIA+ in relationships who are read as heterosexual are still valid!!!</div>]]></description>
