         <description><![CDATA[<p>Student voice in the PLC is essentially the data; they drive our collaboration and instruction.&nbsp; Informal student assessment through peer collaboration allows the teacher to take what students are engaged and excited about and have that drive their instruction and fit that to&nbsp;the standards.</p>]]></description>
