Pentecost is a Christian holiday which takes place on the 50th day after Easter. Pentecost is about the resurrection of Jesus and disciples during this time. It commemorates the Holy Spirit upon Mary and the disciples while they were in Jerusalem. The disciples were hiding from the Jews so that they would not be executed, and while they were hiding they received the Holy Spirit, the spirit was seen as tongues of fire and a strong powerful wind.
