Fuji is exceptionally symmetrical cone. It is an active volcano although it has been over 300 years since the last eruption.

Zen gardens, Riyokan, Yokan, Yohji Yamamoto, Issey Miyake, Keiretsu, Just In Time manufacturing, Sony Walkman, Honda, Cherry blossom trees, Kabuki theatre, Madama Butterfly, Kyoto and, of course, the kimono. My husband has been several times on business and Japan is definitely a place I would like to visit. Many years ago, I read Shogun and kept a list of all the Japanese words the author used.
