Hypothesis for Cheese

Our hypothesis is the cheese will go moldy quicker in the incubator and it maybe take up to two days for it to start smelling and going moldy. The cheese in the freezer in the other hand will take a very long time to rot/smell bad. I am guessing it may start to smell bad after at least 3 weeks (we don't have enough time for 3 weeks so we will just write down if anything has changed). The cheese in the fridge could take at least 1 or 2 weeks to start to smell bad and rot. When the cheese is put in room temperature it could be at least 4 days where we will be able to see a change in the way it looks and also how it smells.

Hypothesis for Milk

In the incubator the milk will probably be the first product to start to smell bad and rot. I think from previous studying at home on roughly how long it goes off in the fridge it will take at least 24 hours for the milk smelling bad and at least 48 hours for the milk to go chunky. In the room temperature the milk will take a little longer for it to go off but not as long in the incubator I think it will take at least 48-72 hours for it to smell bad but around 72-96 hours for it to go chunky. The milk in the fridge could take up to 1-2 weeks for it to start smelling bad and 2-4 weeks to start going chunky. In the freezer it could take a very long time for it to go off I reckon around 4 weeks to smell bad but obviously it can't go chunky as it's frozen solid.

The yogurt will probably be the second dairy product to go off in the incubator as it is close to milk. It might take up to 48-72 hours for it to smell bad and 72-96 hours for it to go all gross and chunky. The yoghurt might take a while to go off in the fridge maybe 1-2 weeks. In the freezer it will take a very long time for the yoghurt to go off it can’t go chunky so I reckon around 1 month for it to smell bad. The yoghurt in the room temperature could take up to 1 week for it to smell bad and 1-2 weeks for it to go all gross.
