We soon has developed a simplified workflow in terms of filing system on sharepoint for PHPP and graphics output that makes creating reports more efficient. However, this has to be maintained by all members who works on Eccolob, PHPP, and report, to ensure all filed are uploaded to sharepoint with initials and dates to avoid time to ask around for latest versions.
