         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Play video games with random people rather than friends to get to know them to become their friend.<br><br>Goal Barriers-<br>-Staying up to late where I am unable to attend school or work for the next day<br>-Having the random teammates join my party to be able to communicate<br>-Friends may want to play the same time that I am trying to make new ones (not enough room for a team member that may want to join)<br><br>Strengths-<br>-Play a game where a large group can all play<br>-Approach them with a message of friendliness<br>-Set a time where I must get off of the console to attend other dire needs.<br><br>Schedule-<br>Working on this goal in April (1st-15th)</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Stay away from technological items for a certain period of time. Extend time if needed.<br><br>Goal Barriers-<br>-Emergencies may happen during the time I am supposed to be away from my way.<br>-Keeping it on silent in case those emergencies happen<br>-Someone may need my help or one may need information from me (doctors, etc.)<br><br>Strengths-<br>-Keep phone not on silent in case emergencies do happen just do not be constantly checking phone.<br>-If someone needs to call set phone to send them a message that I am busy at the time they need me.<br>-Set callbacks on the time that I know I will have my phone<br><br>Schedule-<br>Work on this goal in february.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Updates</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Learn- I spent most of my time trying to learn different techniques specifically during winter drumline class on Friday's. The challenges for this were not being able to get the correct sticking right like whether I use my right hand for a couple of notes or left hand. I used my experience as my strength to overcome my obstacle, I used what was best for me to get started. No change in plan to approach and achieve goal. Sticking with the same plan.<br><br>Active- I was successful for two days. I got myself out of the lazy state and changed my mindset to working hard the rest of the semester, possibly summer too. Challenges were me not feeling well enough to perform physical activity. I used no strengths for this one. My plan is to take care of myself better in order to achieve goal.<br><br>Mindfulness- I was successful for most of the time. I stayed away from technology as long as I could other than school. My barriers were people calling and needing me and I want to change the approach to turning phone on silent for a week straight.&nbsp;<br><br>Connect- I was not very successful because of time. Have not started on this goal as of yet.<br>&nbsp;<br>Give- financial problems have prohibited me from starting this goal.&nbsp;<br><br><br><br><br><br>Update #2-<br>Learn- this time around I was unable to go forward with achieving this goal farther than I would have liked. This past two weeks I had a pretty bad concussion so it was difficult to be drumming. I did not use any strengths. Work hard to learn new note notations.<br><br>Active- I was pretty active for the most part and I am starting to get back into my healthy habits with eating. Spring break was tempting to eat unhealthy and be lazy but I tried what I could while being stuck at home. I pushed myself and put my mind in a good mindset. I plan to start working out at home rather than in a public space.<br><br>Mindfulness- Close to every single day I was not on technology. Yes, a big part of it was because of my concussion but I have not really found a need to be on my phone lately. People that need me started to call me and it was hard not to answer but sending a quick text was better than being on the phone for a long period of time.<br><br>Connect- So far every other day I was able to accomplish this goal and meet new people. I also have become friends with many people that I did not even know and gave them a chance and it turned out to be great. Sensitivity to light was a big problem and barrier to this goal. I used the strength of boredom. A different approach that I might use is inviting them after and try and become a group.<br><br>Give- I surprisingly was successful at least twice with this goal and it felt really good to help someone in need. A barrier that I came across was not being able to give them everything they needed. A strength that I used was having good faith. I plan to keep trying my best to give back to those in need.<br><br>Update #3-&nbsp;<br>Learn- I did not touch on this goal as much as I did others although I did practice the stuff that I already knew to enhance my playing skills. My barriers was not having time to learn something new. Strengths that I tried to use were my time management skills but unfortunately failed this time round. I have no plan as of now for this goal unless I see something that I want to learn extremely bad.<br><br>Active- I have been successful every single day. I have been working out every single day as planned and my pre-workout has helped me get in the mindset of being more active due to the energy I receive from this. A challenge that I had was not being able to try other workouts because I had no time and I knew how much time I was going to use with what I already used to workout. My strength this time was making and pushing myself to work harder. My plan is to stay the same as the previous update.<br><br>Mindfulness- I have been on my phone more frequently than I have been in the past. My barrier this time was group mates for drumline practice texting the chat when they needed my help so it forced me on my phone. My strength that was used was telling myself to rest from my phone and technology. My plan is the same as the previous update.<br><br>Connect- I have not been successful in this goal because I have been trying to stay away from technology for the gaming plan but I try to talk to more people than I normally would to get me out of my comfort zone. A barrier was having anxiety of trying to talk to someone but went away a little after starting a conversation. My plan is to talk to others and make more friends<br><br>Give- I was successful everyday. I was able to give others what they needed when asked. Barrier was running out of extra money. My strength was telling myself better to give than receive. My plan is to save up the extra money so I am able to help another time when people ask for financial needs.<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Answer for Q#1-&nbsp;<br>My personality is the one that affects me the most. Being unsocial is harder for me to be social. Sometimes my bottom line can be a bit too much and stress me out on whether someone is going to reach my bottom line.&nbsp;<br><br>Question #2-&nbsp;<br>Stress can affect behavior in a big way. It can change someone's mood for a few minutes to days if they are really stressed. It can also affect your heart rate and it may cause more health problems if someone continues&nbsp; to be stressed.<br><br>Question #3-<br>Having stress on my plate %100 of the time when it comes to children and keeping care of my household can affect me deeply. I can maintain making time for a relax day or a day where I do not have to worry about most things although I may still have some priorities to do at least there will not be much on my plate to accomplish.</div>]]></description>
