Since this is our first year and we are all still developing our own curriculum (multiple preps for most teachers), we think these meetings should focus on relationship building for year one. The groups could rotate each quarter, so that we can get to know staff members on both campuses. Next year, we could focus more on interdisciplinary planning and collaboration. Most are feeling “stretched too thin” this year. 😊
