         <title>I felt that customer emails got lost in the BTS volume.  Could Notes to OSS and Cannot Delivers be diverted to a separate &#39;queue&#39; and the case queue team would parse from there? We did this with New York certificate requests, and it worked great. This would decrease the volume in the main queue, and possibly reduce the chances of missing something urgent.  </title>
