Being an IB school I reckon I will have to mention some of the Selwyn House School values that we use in Food Tech. While cooking or baking food we are open minded, communicators and sometimes risk takers. We are open minded because we think of new ways we could prepare, serve or cook the dish. We are communicators because we must communicate across the kitchen to know exactly what ingredients and how much of them to use in our dish.
