I think that Plessy v Ferguson is important because separation was a big deal back then but something is still happening to where all races are still not really equal. Some still may get hate from others. W haven't really got rid of the big issue which i think is racism because that is most of the reason why that happened but it is still not completely gone.

My favorite U.S. supreme court case is Brown Against The Board Of Education, because I think it is most important to were we stand today. If there wasn't all races in classrooms, a lot of people would not be friends. Also I believe that race shouldn't matter everyone should have the opportunity to learn the same things. It doesn't make us just relative in school manner to our own race, it gives us opportunities we would never get to explore without this case.

My favorite case was the Brown v. The Board of Education. I think this is more important because it allowed a lot of people back then to experience something that they weren't used to. It may have scared people but it most likely canceled out a lot of stereotypes. it effects this world today because it has made people more open minded and comfortable with change. They aren't afraid to do things that they aren't used to, and that may very much benefit everyone. It let everyone get the same education, and no one got poor teaching because the color of their skin. this was probably one of the biggest steps towards everyone being truly equal.

All of them are important but to me the most important one would have to be Brown V. Board of education. I think this because without this case I wouldn't have many school friends. I am an African american and so I wouldn't be able to go to school with Caucasians. Many of my friends are Caucasian and we only hang out at school so without this case I probably wouldn't even be able to go to a public school. Without this case I probably wouldn't even be doing this bell ringer because one, I'm in a public school which isn't allowed and two, because when the schools were segregated they made sure that all of the African Americans had nothing and were in bad condition. Today this case has affected this world in many ways. One being that without this case we wouldn't have some of the famous people we do. Like Barack Obama I'm sure he wouldn't be president because he wouldn't have had the correct education. Although it is very possible.
