I'm very introverted and shy usually. Only when I'm comfortable around people can talk and be myself. In the workplace, being introverted is difficult but when you begin to be yourself more it shows that your comfortable and adapting to changes around you.

I'm usually very patient with people and things. Its important to be able to control yourself and be understanding of others. In the workplace, being patient is important. It shows your professional and can handle many different things.

optimistic

I try to always be optimistic even when its hard to do so. I think there's a silver lining in in everything. Its good to be optimistic in the work place because it will make your day and others day better. If you go around saying its going to be a good day, you'll have a good day and others around you will be affected. Don't go saying its going to be a bad day because then you'll make yourself have a bad day.
