5. Fill up the remainder of the bottle with water.

6. With the help of a teacher or staff member, use the hot glue to secure the cap on the plastic bottle.

7. Shake to mix up the food coloring and glitter.

Set Up Instructions:

1. Place butcher paper on top of all the tables for easy clean up.

2. Before beginning the activity, each student and/or parent should wash their hands with soap and water.

3. Each student should receive a medium size piece of clear cling wrap (about the size of a piece of copy paper).

4. Next, go around to give each student a handful of white coating chocolate.

5. The students will wrap the white chocolate and using the warmth of their hands to slightly knead and melt the chocolate.

6. Next, give students a handful of cookie crumbs.

7. The students should pour the cookie crumbs over the white chocolate, and continue to knead it with the cling wrap until the crumbs are absorbed.

8. The chocolate should still be semi-hard and the end result should look like gray moon rocks.

Set Up Instructions:

1. Each student will start with one straw and one piece of folding paper of their choice of color.

2. The student should place the straw down in the middle of the paper, wrap the paper around the straw loosely, and secure it with tape.

3. Fold the small excess of paper back and tape it behind the straw.

4. Students will receive one pack of 4 crayons and 2 cutouts of a rocket ship that they will color.

5. After coloring and cutting out the rocket ships, the students will tape one rocket to each side of the paper over the straw.

6. To make the rocket ship fly, the students will blow on the end of the straw and watch it fly.

3. Place the mini sea animal toys in various places all over the kiddie pool.

4. Put the trash over the water, enough to cover up most of the animals that are at the bottom.

5. Place the (8) fishing nets around the kiddie pool.

6. Guide students to save the animals by taking out the trash from the water with the fishing nets.

7. Only have 8 students at a time removing trash with the fishing nets, until they save 2-3 sea animals.
