Several scientific studies have related it to premature aging and physical illnesses, since when we are stressed, cortisol production increases. Taking into account these negative effects, keeping stress at bay becomes a priority to ensure good health, but in many cases we lack the necessary tools to help us cope with stress.
According to Mayo Clinic specialists, when the person perceives a threat or feels pressured, the hypothalamus initiates an alarm system in the body, through the nervous system and hormones such as adrenaline and cortis. Therefore, frequent exposure to stress generates physical damage to the body, which reduces the quality of life of people such as headache, dry skin, nervous twitches, obesity, heart attacks, hair loss, depreciation, ulcers and problems of the tension.

1.I didn't collaborated many, because I didn't had time, but I was very attend to each things that we thought and naked and about everything that corresponded to me.
2. When we maked the video, I participated with all possible energy, I propussed making the interview with other person of the Colombo and also I always spoken with my partners of our functions.
3. When we selected our theme, we had a lot of options, it's was a bit difficult.
