         <description><![CDATA[<p>We as human beings are always exposed and going through moments, experiences where we tend to feel discouraged, anxious or just sad and we may not have control over some situations but, we can control our attitude when we faced difficult moments. Whitin our attitude we can choose faith, hoping or expecting the best in every context. Faith leads us to stay focused on the bright side instead of just complaining, regretting and being negative about what happened.</p><p><br></p><p>By developing faith we can prevent and reduce physical illness as for example, headaches, angina, stress, insomnia, anxiety, blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, and it also helps us to keep a health state of mind and balanced emotions.</p>]]></description>

         <title>The power of the mind, ear, and mouth in transforming a negative thinker into a positive one</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>One situation where I realized the power of our mind was when I had to learn to drive a standard car. I learned to drive automatic car when I was 19 and it took me around 2 months to left my fear behind because it was the first time, I had driven a car in the city. Then, last year I needed to learn how to drive standard car because it was the only option I had to help my mom at that time. </p><p><br></p><p>But my mind started to trick me and I started to believe intensely that I would never be capable to learn because I was all the time thinking about road accidents or that I was going to run someone over. I started to affirm with my words all of those negative thoughts. </p><p><br></p><p>Every time I felt frustrated, I knew that I needed to change my mindset immediately if I wanted to overcome that fear and to achieve my goal. So, even if I was scared and anxious, I started to practice every day and praying to overcome this fear and at the same time repeating in my mind “ I can” “I’ll do it” “it´s not impossible”. That is how I forced myself to change my negative attitude and now I feel confident driving and happy to have achieved another goal.</p>]]></description>
