Despite her being new to libraries, I've trained her to complete tasks that need to be done to make the library systems more efficient and transparent. The issues are around getting even the PYP and MPY coordinators to allow me to get involved in the planning sessions so that I can understand what they are hoping to achieve via their units and how I can best support them.
