I believe. Children should not be tried as adults unless they have committed  premeditated murder to the first degree as they had time to deliberate their actions beforehand so they were fully conscious of what they were doing.

It makes them  make the choices based off of emotion instead of making a logical choice, and those emotions are also intensified greatly. My only fear is that families will take this a little too far as they see this is the only Justice they can have for what has been done.
