Taking notes is a huge part of studying, depending on how you take them will affect how well you absorb that knowledge. In this video, the speaker says the best way to take notes is on paper. While digital notes are more efficient, handwritten notes are better for learning to material as it forces you to process the information as you write it down. To be efficient in note taking, you have to write it in your own way. Paraphrasing everything you hear or see in order to not get behind. I already take notes by hand, I prefer it as I can make little doodles easier if I can, but also because whenever I write something down I basically repeat what I hear in my head as I translate it to paper. Online notes have autocorrect, my hand does not. I can just spew out nonsense online and the computer will fix most of my mistakes.

Technique to studying is one of the key parts in absorbing the material. In this video the speaker shares the technique of spacing out the material depending on how well you know it. This ensures that you get more time with what you don't know. I think it's interesting how repetition throughout a timespan can help you learn something better. Personally, I like this tip. This is a good way of studying and I will be sure to try it.

Motivation is really tough on students such as myself. The speaker's tips are really helpful. Taking moderate time for yourself is something that can really help. Dropping things that drain you completely is tough but necessary. This advice is really helpful, especially for someone who is horrible at staying motivated. I personally like the advice the speaker gives.

A lot of the content discussed doesn't take much consideration of those at a disadvantage. Such as those with anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc. who often find it difficult to participate, stay focused, and/or stay organized. While these are not excuses to not do anything, there should certainly be more advice to people affected by mental illness or are neuro-divergent.
