Know-how in partnering special needs practitioners and a way to seek help / advice from a professional body/ organisation (research-practice collaboration mentioned)<br><br>2. more special needs practitioners e.g. occupational therapists, speech therapists<br><br>3. communication with parents ( of children with special needs) on what the school can / cannot offer + other avenues to find support for their child.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Firstly we need to determine the % of resources + buffer that we have. If we have more bandwidth then model 1a should be feasible while maintaining the buffer ratio to allow scale up.<br><br>For model 1b , it would be less resource intensive at the start and resources can be deployed more freely but still allow for scale up.</div>]]></description>
