Make a group ID to announcements and updates. Job referrals and trannings opportunities should be shared among all admin staff and my second Idea to uplift this group to organise voting system to annually to nominate our Admin Team leader and vice leaders.

Outstation trainings Like one day training in Lahore or Peshawar.

It would be best if we can start an admin club where each active members will contribute around 400 -500 pkr in a month. You can appoint a treasurer who will look after the collections and distributions (2-3 person) for a year or 6 months period. This collections can be used for the merchandise, or get to gather event. Even we can arrange some training or workshops to invite trainers and give certificates also. Additionally, we can coordinate with some of the institute for discounts by nominate members in a group form for e.g. PIMS or leaning minds workshop/ training courses. "Little drops of water make the mighty ocean".
