         <description><![CDATA[<div><br> </div><div><br>Mrs March goes to the hospital and the four daughters prevent family and friends of the accident. Mr. Laurence stay with the daughters and Hannah. Mr. Brooke ,the Laurie's tutor , goes with Mrs. March to Washington for help her. Jo cut her hair for get money for her father. After the departure of Mrs. March and Mr. Brooke, Jo and Meg go to work and Beth and Amy help Hannah at home. After a few days, the women receive a letter from Washington where it is written that Mr. March feels better. The women are happy but they are tired of working and Meg,Jo and Amy forget to things in the house so Beth , who likes help, does it for them but she is tired to do this. Every days, she goes to see the Hummel Family. Unfortunately, the Hummel family's baby has the scarlet fever and die in the arm of Beth and contaminated her. Beth is really not well. Because of the scarlet fever, Amy has to leave the house for not be contaminate. She has to goes to the Aunt March's house but Amy don't likes Aunt March. Finally, she goes and Jo survey Beth.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>It was almost Christmas . It was snowing and the four girls were looking for a present for their mom . Meg was the eldest ,followed by Jo , Beth and the youngest Amy. Meg liked pretty clothes ,Jo was a tomboy ,Beth loved playing piano and Amy was lively ,happy , and she felt important . Jo would like to give to her mom slippers, Meg a pair of gloves , Beth some handkerchiefs and Amy a little bottle of perfume.<br>Mrs.March came home with a letter from father , who he's to the war. <br>The four girls and their mother made socks and gloves for the soldiers at war.<br>The next day was Christmas Eve , there was a special Christmas breakfast for the family, made by Hannah , the servant. Mrs.March went help a poor woman.Girls put their presents in the living-room and their mom arrived to tell them that the poor woman and her family needed help. So, they decided to give them their breakfast. <br>In the evening , some friends came to see it too and everyone  had fun and laughed. Mr.Laurence sent them flowers.</div>]]></description>

         <title>      Chapter 5:Meg’s Glove                                        Beth was very sick and Jo and Meg look after her day and night. Jo wants to send a telegram her mother but Hanna say no to don’t worried her mother. Laurie was there and he was very sorry. The Dr Band came to heal Beth and said that Beth could get better soon. Dr Band said you must send a telegram at you mother and Laurie sent Mrs March a telegram. Laurie went to the train station to meet Mrs March. Beth was better, She didn’t have feaver and she was sleeping quietly. The family was happy and their father was feeling  also better. Mrs March received a letter about Mr Brook who was looking after Mister March. He had Meg’s glove and  loved and wanted marry her. Jo said that love and marriage was nonsense. Mrs March said that she was to young but when she was 20 she can married Jhon, But Jhon is a friend and he was very kind</title>

Her most famous book are “Jo’s boy” in 1886, “Little men” in 1871 and the first, “Little women” in 1868.</div><div>So she wrote a Trilogy.</div><div>She was servant, for a short moment she taught and she wrote whiles 39 years. Her favorite passion was writing so she decided to become a writer.</div><div>His father was Amos Bronson Alcott and her mother was Abby May.</div><div>She had 3 sisters:</div><div>-Abigail May Alcott </div><div>-Elizabeth Sewall Alcott</div><div>-Anna Alcott Pratt</div>]]></description>

She thought that wrote it but she saw John’s name on the letter. Meg showed to her mother and sister another letter she received before. Jo said Laurie wrote those letters because he wanted to know the secret about Mr. Brooke. Meg was ashamed because she answered the first letter to Mr. Brooke but it was Laurie. </div><div>Meg’s mother talked to Laurie for him to apologize to her daughter.</div><div><br><br></div><div>After that the life continued, Beth and Mr. March got better and Amy went back home for Christmas. Later, Laurie said he had a surprise for the family. </div><div>Mr. Brooke and the father entered. Everyone was happy and they ate a great dinner made by Hannah. </div><div>Mr. Mach told good things about every member of his family. Laurie and the March’s sisters spent much time together. One day they told about their dreams. Meg’s dream is have a lovely house, pretty clothes, have a husband and childrens.Jo’s dream is have a house full of books. Beth’s dreams is stay at home , look after the family and ake care of them. Amy’s dream is go to Rome and became an arist.In october, Jo wrote stories and two weeks later, the newspaper published her stories and she became a writer. In november, they recieved a telegram and learnt that Mr March is very ill, so Mrs March go at once to Washington.</div>]]></description>

Hannah brought hot tea and cookies.but they didn’t say anything, Mr and Mrs looked at Meg. Meg was silent and her face became red when someone said John’s name. Meg asked what is the problem and Jo answer than the problem was her John because he want to marry Meg. Meg told than she will say to Mr Brooke: «Thank you, but I am too young now. Let’s just be frends.»</div><div><br><br></div><div>The family smiled and was happy. At afternoon, John Brooke came into the living room. John and Meg talking but aunt March came and said than Meg can’t marry with John because is poor. Meg replied than he was an honest and kind man, he was inteligent and she will be happy with him. Aunt March left the room angry. But John heard everything and know than Meg love him a little. </div><div><br><br></div><div>After John declared than Meg will marry him when she was twenty and than he will work hard and made an lovely home for Meg. The family was happy and Amy drew John Brooke and Meg but Jo was sad because she «lose» her sister. Laurie conforted her and everybody was happy. </div><div><br><br></div><div>And so, a difficult year ended for the March family.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>(April 12 th, 18612- April 9th, 1861 )<br>During the American civil war two sides clashed. The Union ( Nothern and Eastern Amercian States) led by Abraham Lincoln and The Confederacy ( South og America) led by Jeffreson Davis.<br>Abraham Lincoln calls for the abolition of slavery in all U.S territoties.<br>The fights began on April 12 th, 1861 because the Confederacy attacked the Union military installation in the South Carolina because Nothern solidiers refused to evacuate it despite Southern threats.<br>During the first year of the war the Union etablished a naval blocked as both sides strengthend their armies and ressources.<br>Robert E. Lee ( commander of the army of Nothern Virginia and then general of the Confederacy ) won victories over the Union but lost the battle of Gettysburg ( july 1863 ).<br>68 000 soldiers died including 360 000 Notherners and 260 000 Southerners. <br>There are 60 000 foreign soldiers who have fought . <br>This is the deadliest war that the USA has ever seen...<br>The Notherners wanted the slavers as hands-on work in their factories. That is to say they wasn't really doing this for humanitarian purposes only.<br>At the end, the Union wins the war. This but end slavery, restaures the Union and strengthens the role of the federal government.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Jo is bored at the party but she meets Theodore Laurence but his friends call him Laurie. They speak for a long time in a small room, Meg arrived and complains of having a sore foot, because her shoes are too small so she wants to go home but Laurie proposed to lend him the shoes of his grand-father who is in carriage. After the Christmas and New Year festivities the girls retourned to their usual lives. One afternoon in winter Jo is in the garden and sees Laurie at her window and calls her, Laurie tells him that he is sick and ask Jo to come and see him. She asks before her mother and after she goes to join him. Laurie showed at Jo her big library. She is impressed by all his books and by his painting.The doctor come see Laurie. Laurie go to see the doctor and lets jo in the big library.</div>]]></description>
