● Technology- Dangerous, unsafe, perilous. Can alter  and change us (as seen in the children) and can be addicting. Supposed to warn us.

 ● Time- In the future, with more advanced technology.
 ● Place- In the smart house, where the house can do everything for them. For example, comb hair, tie shoes, instant shower/bath, etc. Also includes nursery that changes from kid's thoughts. At first, I did not realize that they had been killed but once I reread it, I realized that the children had basically lured them into the nursery to be killed because they took away their "new parents" and they lashed out.
16) The theme of the story is that children are raised with no supervision which results in them having no discipline and acting out. For example, the children, instead of Mr. and Mrs. Hadley they were watched by the house because the parents believed it did everything for them.
