         <description><![CDATA[<div>Decimals are NOT whole numbers. They can be converted into fractions! An example of a number with a decimal is 3.5. Any number can have a decimal in it, like 3.0. It's the same as 3 because .0 has no value. If you add 0's to the end of a decimal, it doesn't change the value. You can convert remainders in division to decimals. A decimal point looks identical to a period.</div>]]></description>
