From day 1 when I had laptop issue till today when I added an exception post the deadline, Aanchal has always responded positively. Any feedback I received was always constructive and inspired me to get better at work. Aanchal gave her Team the freedom they needed to perform their best and at the same time she checked on the progress constantly to ensure nothing spills out. Though I reported to Aanchal for a brief period, she will always remain as one of my favorite Managers; and primarily because of this experience, I'd say I love working at Amazon!!

I realized Amazon's world is very small and I really hope to report to you again in future :p</sub>
