Tom and Daisy will get a divorce and Tom and Daisy will be upset with each other but they will both end up in better relationships. I'm kinda gonna assume that Tom might end up with Myrtle since both are pretty "unhappy" to say the least with their partners, and I'm kinda expecting them to divorce and remarry.  Nick and Jordan I would assume would be the main couple if anything. He was jealous of Gatsby because he had a lot of nice things and Daisy was interested in all of them. He was also jealous because Daisy took a lot of her attention off of Tom and gave it to Gatsby. I'm pretty sure Nick spent most of his time with Jordan at Gatsby's party. 

I think that Daisy will have an affair with Gatsby and end up divorcing Tom when he finds out. I think that once Tom finds out about Daisy's affair, he will end up being with Myrtle. This would make sense since Gatsby and Daisy have a past and an obvious attraction to one another. Daisy also seems to be impressed by his wealth. Daisy is also feeling neglected by Tom because of his own affair, so it's not surprising that she would want to do the same thing. However, I don't think that they are going to be together at the end of the book. I think daisy is going to stick with Tom because he is the safe choice and has the money she admires so much. Similarly to Daisy and Gatsby, I don't think Tom will stay with Myrtle. I think by the end of the book  Tom will choose to stay with Daisy, even if he continues to have affairs. Nick and Jordan seem to be heading into a relationship and I think they will stay together through the end of the book.
