         <description><![CDATA[<div>We include both a close-ended and open-ended question in registration process asking about accommodation requests in every event we offer. We do put a deadline (generally) of 1-2 weeks prior to any event so that we have time to make or try to meet reasonable accommodations.<br><br>I will note that with our state partner affiliation with UW-Madison, we do have resources at the university in the office of accessibility who can help us talk through accessibility tools, practices and norms when we receive requests or when we solicit them.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>With the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind (FSDB) being adjacent to the GTM, we occasionally have program attendees that require ASL interpreters. We have worked with FSDB to hire ASL interpreters for programming. Bonus, they worked with us to interpret an entire education program and record it for future students.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I switched to CTP from the Education sector, and we think about accessibility very often. On site, we have trails that have been paved according to ADA standards. We have a docent who is legally blind with near total blindness and he will be leading guided hikes with the assistance of a guide dog. Having ADA compliance trails makes it possible for him.&nbsp;<br><br>Exhibits in the visitor center are accessible as well. If there is anything on a table top, we keep chairs sparse for those who want to sit and for those in wheelchairs to be able to sit at it.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
