We do put a deadline (generally) of 1-2 weeks prior to any event so that we have time to make or try to meet reasonable accommodations.

We have worked with FSDB to hire ASL interpreters for programming. Bonus, they worked with us to interpret an entire education program and record it for future students. Each state has a school for the deaf and blind which could be a great resource to work with.

On site, we have trails that have been paved according to ADA standards. We have a docent who is legally blind with near total blindness and he will be leading guided hikes with the assistance of a guide dog. Having ADA compliance trails makes it possible for him. 

Exhibits in the visitor center are accessible as well.
