When writing sentences there should always be two things that should be included. If these items are not presented in a sentence it would be labeled a fragment. One of the parts is a noun (subject), with a subject it lets the reader know who or what your talking about. The second part is the verb (predicate), that tells them what they or it is doing. Once you have both of these it would be labeled a sentence

(Jonathan)

In a sentence, nouns, pronouns, verbs and adjectives should also be included to describe the subject. The sentence needs to be complete, so it has to include proper punctuation. Subjects and predicates should always be combined in a sentence. If you want the sentence to be more detailed, prepositional phrases should be included. Sentence structure is also important. - Leilani Burton

What needs to be added in a sentence is proper pronunciation and a subject and predicate. Because the subject tells us the person, place, thing, or idea that the sentence is about. It answers the question "who" or "what. Then the predicate answers the part of the sentence that tells what the subject does or is. Lastly, capitalization is because at the start of every sentence the first letter of the word is capitalized.
