This is a free service in which is hybrid supports on F2F and remote Video Call sessions, and as part of our offering, we can support residents with:

  • Translating English into British Sign Language (BSL)

  • Making telephone calls

  • Understanding bills, such as water and energy bills

  • Contacting local councils 

  • Signposting to specialist support services

  • And much more! 

 

Opening time: Every Wednesday starting from 5th February onwards with time to start 10am to 4pm (please note it is drop-in session by appointment only.)
