All are fellow participants since all are representing their own institutions we must adhere to their queries with utmost dignity.

Compassion and empathy - In such huge events there is bound to be huge pressure and tension but being kind is something we should not forget, because we might know their names but not their stories. There is always two choice either to be right or kind, I advise to choose Kind, because when choose kindness you are always right

Equal Treatment: Yes, there is always a hierarchy in such events but no one should be treated as inferior or subordinate based on their gender, age, experience or position rather consider all of them as your colleagues or partner in crime.

Inclusivity: Take everybody's view's as each and every opinion matters, if someone is standing aloof and not participating due to shyness or what others will think about him/her, just get them on board and ask them to share their thoughts by encouraging and assuring them that there are no right or wrong answer, only different perspectives.

Practicing Mutual Respect: If you want then you have to show respect to others as well.
