This can be a tricky one for me figuring out exactly where they are having trouble within the course. It's easier to send them to tech support but sometimes it is probably an easy thing that I could help with more.

I often find myself asking students questions, but when they don't answer my questions, I will sometimes let them off the hook. Moving forward, I will work to continue those conversations and encourage students to further reflect on their learning.
