Who maintains the website?

Can we add more information to the site in future PLC meetings?

Can we be included as "owners" to help maintain forms and add/delete forms to keep the tool a "liveable" document?

Can this be a "prototype" that a district could use as a starting point and create it for their district?

Helps to broaden the picture of our personality types to find tools that we don't already have.

Identify your key players? We need to add this.

We need a tool to help "Needs Assessment" for who are the people who need to be on the team? Key players? Assessing strength? Building your team?

Knowing how to leverage this tool and help aspiring/novice leaders use the tool kit effectively.

Tools are very adaptable for whomever is using the tool and it doesn't matter where the person is a principal.

Make sure viewers understand that the tools can be adapted and can be modified to meet the needs of the person using the tool.

Create a space so people could upload their won tools. Become a "member" of the site. Would we need a disclaimer for an uploaded document?

Do we need more/less questions on the diagnostic quiz?

Provide the book or website for the templates provided, so principals can refer to them if additional information is needed.

Better directions on the quiz so that the quiz taker knows to just click on an answer.
