The benefits of having ECE programs regularly in the community would be very good, more people would have opportunities to have jobs in the Daycare centres also it would benefit the children’s growth.

Having a local ECE program is beneficial because all the educators will have learn all the ways to teach and grow the children from what we learned about childhood development, and how art and music can improve the children’s growth of domains. We learn the importance value of life when teaching children because we get to show them about all the different things the world has to show them, by getting them to do art activities and physical activities.

Having a local Early Childhood Education program would benefit the community in many ways, such as finding friends eager to start learning about the program and draw more workers for daycare centres which we lack here. Also gives us more knowledge for us to share at the daycare centre.

The benefits of having ECE programs in Nunavut will improve to many, as we have to move to different community to attend college and leave family behind! This ECE is a good example of many younger generation too

Having a local ECE program would make a big difference with caregivers as we learn alot more while attending ECE program, there are caregivers/subs who are not attending this course and I think of way to tell them what we learnt but it gets hard trying to explain, if we had local ECE program for sure a lot more people would want to apply and learn, there are a lot of things I learnt and I wish more caregivers/subs attended this course, if there will be another one I would encourage them to apply

Having a local ECE program would benefit the community because as a caregiver this course has helped in many different ways and learned so much about arts and crafts and so much more. I wish this course will continue in the future so that non ECE educators have time to take this course, i will encourage other people to take this course cause it’s a lot of fun and learned a lot of new things during this course.
