We don't write on paper anymore. We do plans, rough drafts, and final drafts on laptops now. We also do harder skills now that we are in 5th grade. We now see our gifted standards on laptops. Another thing that makes changing fun is there is many fun things we can learn so we can get better at technology and how to write better. Changes are good because it makes things better if we don't get to do old things we loved. Also changes can change lives and you can also it makes learning much more fun and sometimes I want to learn about more history and what happened back then. I would also like to change to make SCORE the best as it can possibly be. For instance, we no longer write rough drafts on paper.

Some changes I would like to have is to do more projects online, and do science fair projects in SCORE during STEM time, and use electronics more often.

Also, we need to read more books, because the reading bowl is coming up really soon!

Challenge 24 is also another thing that we need to work on, because we haven't did it since August!!!!!

STEM is another thing we can change. We can do STEM on the computers and outside too.

I agree with everyone with the fact that we have not done challenge 24 in a lllloooonnnnngggg time. I hope we do challenge 24 next week.

One thing that only I recommend is the reading bowl. It is something that should change this year.

Our gifted standards have been uploaded to edmodo. We don't even do critical thinking anymore, read theory has taken it's place. Through out this year (2016-2017) there will be lots of changes. First, we complete many of our tasks using the computers. Some of these tasks include our writing projects and reflections on our work. Change really s good because we need to learn to adapt to new things. for example, our SCORE schedule has changed and im growing to like the new schedule. Mrs. Thompson changed the classroom too and the way everything is arranged. We need to learn to like change. Change can be good or bad. I know something needs to change about our community. There has been too many crimes and pollution is only getting worse. A change I would like to see in the score classroom is us doing Critical Thinking again. I would enjoy if you, Mrs. Thompson, would incorporate math talk into critical thinking. I would enjoy a class library where we can check out books and bring them back the next week. We should also do science experiments more. They are very fun. I would also enjoy STEM being brought back and competing with other SCORE classmates. I would really enjoy if we could write some informational essays and narratives. I would enjoy turning in a book report. Maybe we can spend the entire day in SCORE . On Thursdays we can come straight from our Safety Patrol duties to the classroom and you can get our dismissal cards and we could go home from there. This one may not happen but I'd really like it. Please see if you can make at least some of these changes. I enjoy SCORE very much and believe these changes could make it even better! One thing that has changed was that we don't do morning work anymore. We rarely do Challenge 24 anymore and I kind of  wish it would come back. I also notice thet we also are getting on the computer much more than we usually do. I also notice that  we are writing many more  writing promts then usual which is not a bad ting but it's spectacular. In conclusion not all changes are bad yet, they're just experiences that must be accepted.                                                                                                                                                                               p.s.
