         <description><![CDATA[<p>I find it very interesting that comment on resilience at some point can be a negative to person who has been through trauma.</p><p>The same goes with using trauma informed care/ competency/ versus humility.</p><p>How do you suggest we go about this work in a space of trauma as not to harm but help in specific language?  Base it on who we are talking to and ask them how to reference the language without being offensive?</p>]]></description>
