         <description><![CDATA[<div>The 19 Feedbacks Compilation<br>The feedback received from 19 individuals have proven that this project has a potential for execution. Most of them don’t know if similar project with similar product already exist. Only a selected few think that they have heard it somewhere relating to other products. Nearly 100% of respondents think it is legally acceptable to work on this plan and that some big brands have started such as H&amp;M, Puma, Adidas and so on that have served and are part of circular economy. The only thing that can happen is that some companies take this circular route for unethical purposes such as tax evasion or to break away from inauthentic brand value. More of these concept has to be proven sustainable through better research &amp; development in every angle.<br>As the proposal covers environmentally friendly product &amp; innovation, many sees that it will bring positive environmental impact e.g. reduce waste, greener products and increase awareness of the people which will transcend beyond monetary &amp; fashion values i.e. supporting local farmers, artisans, small business, etc. However, there are certain details such as  breach of privacy in data collection (tracking system) and an increased cost of production due to a reduced scale in mass production; also the jobs of low-skilled employment will be affected as well as more time needed for companies and users to embrace new technology and innovation. The longevity of a good wetsuit may also slow sales from return customers. Overall, there are more pros than cons given the feedbacks received as long as real actions are to be taken and not just a frivolous attempt to not part from the old business ways.<br>Final feedbacks include improving the proposal to clarify the goals &amp; objectives of the plan to ensure successful implementation and to overcome all stated challenges.<br><strong><mark>Please continue reading in the attachment.</mark></strong></div>]]></description>
