I don't really have teammates in the same location since I work with a virtual boss and team but I'm thankful to have you there to test plans with. =) Thanks for sharing your creative ideas and trusting me to make them possible through your brainchild "Care in the Time of Corona" :) I love how this enabled me to be really involved in making a positive impact during these challenging times.

You as our leader led us all in a smooth sailing journey to surpass this kind of big waves in life and in our business. Thank you for being an amazing leader. I see a lot of people on Facebook posting how their companies take care of them during the ECQ and I'm glad that I see first hand how you lead the team in making this happen for Shell staff, together with the other leaders. Despite being busy during this time, you still manage to offer support to us whenever we need it and ask us how we are doing. Truly you are a great example of a leader.
